Cebu Drone Enthusiasts Inc., together with our main sponsors The Dragon Fireworks, Dunkin’ PH Cebu, and Jonie’s Sizzlers & Roast, is hosting a Video Contest open to all types of cameras — whether you use a drone, DSLR, mirrorless camera, action cam, or mobile phone.
This is your chance to express your vision, creativity, and storytelling skills through video.
The contest features three (3) official event locations, and each location is considered one (1) entry.
• Join one location = one entry
• Join multiple locations = multiple entries
No limits. No boundaries. Just pure creativity — guided by the official contest rules.

⚙️ MECHANICS
1. Video Format & Quality
• Landscape (horizontal) format
• Minimum resolution: 1080p (Full HD)
• 2K / 4K resolution is highly encouraged
• Accepted formats: MP4 or MOV
• Video must be clear, stable, and properly exposed
2. Video Duration
• Minimum: 3 minutes
• Maximum: 4 minutes
3. Event-Based Entries
• Three (3) official events = three (3) possible entries
• Participants may submit entries for one, two, or all three events
• One (1) video submission per event only
4. Content Coverage
• Video must clearly showcase the assigned event/location
• Creative storytelling, cinematic shots, and proper event representation are encouraged
• Drone shots are allowed where legally permitted and must follow local aviation regulations
5. Submission Process
• Submission is via USB only

📜 RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Open to all creators
Any type of camera may be used (drone, DSLR, mirrorless, action camera, or mobile phone).
2. Original content only
All entries must be created by the participant.
3. NO AI-GENERATED CONTENT
AI-generated videos, AI-assisted video creation, or AI-generated scenes are strictly prohibited.
4. Editing is allowed (with limits)
Basic color grading, transitions, sound design, and effects are allowed.
AI-enhanced or AI-generated visuals are NOT permitted.
5. Music & Audio
o Official contest music is required
o Music can be downloaded from the provided link, which will be sent once you are added to the group chat.
o Voiceovers are allowed and may be used with the official music
6. Content Guidelines
Videos must not contain offensive, violent, or inappropriate content and must follow community standards.
7. Submission Compliance
Entries must be submitted on or before the deadline and follow all required formats.
8. Disqualification
Any rule violation may result in automatic disqualification.
9. Social Media Restriction
Posting of contest entries on any social media platform is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Any participant found sharing their entry may be disqualified.
10. Rights & Usage
By submitting an entry, participants grant Cebu Drone Enthusiasts Inc. and its partners the right to use the video for promotional and marketing purposes, with proper credit to the creator.
11. Safety & Consent
Participants are solely responsible for the safe and legal operation of their drones and equipment.
Cebu Drone Enthusiasts Inc. and its partners are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or legal consequences.
12. Final Decision
All decisions of the organizers and judges are final and binding.
