CUM LAUDE GRADUATE WHO WENT VIRAL FOR JEEPNEY CELEBRATION NOW EARNS HER AGRICULTURIST LICENSE

A young Filipina who touched hearts nationwide with her humble jeepney celebration has reached another inspiring milestone — she is now a licensed Agriculturist.

Justine Karl S. Razon, whose quiet post-graduation moment went viral earlier this year, successfully passed the November 2025 Agriculturist Licensure Examination. Her simple TikTok video, showing her still in graduation attire while eating siomai and siopao inside a red jeepney, resonated deeply with thousands online. The caption read: “Graduated with latin, celebrated with siomai in a jeepney. The cap and gown feel heavy, not with pride, but with the quiet ache of unshared joy.”

Among those moved by her story was educator and CBRC founder Dr. Carl E. Balita, who noticed her post during its circulation and offered her a full scholarship review for the board exam. This week, Balita proudly revisited her viral journey, writing:
“Nataandaan nyo ba sya? Sya yung gumraduate with latin honors at nag viral dahil sa kanyang handang siomai at siopao during graduation day… Ini-SCHOLAR natin sya sa review at ngayon ay ganap ng Agriculturist Passer! Congratulations, Justine Karl S. Razon.”
