📍 Mandani Bay Phase 2 which is called Mandani Bay Quay is near completion.

Maybe either 2026 or 2027 but some of these towers will probably start turning over next year.

I wonder if they do really have a mall as what agents had promised during pre-selling. 🤔

I was finished taking shots of the boardwalk so I used the remaining battery to fly around the top parts of MBQ.

It is open daily from 5AM to 9PM.

Bringing a drone to the United States is a headache. For tourist heavy places, it is literally not allowed to fly for hobbyists.

New York, National Parks, Las Vegas, Theme Parks, Niagara Falls ... and the list goes on. 🤷

So it will be just me and my good old smartphone.
Plus these 2 babies for good roller coaster views. 🎢

📍 Chateau de Busay defies time.

A relaxed and intimate outdoor setting with lush greenery, this place has been around when Busay only had very few attractions.

Yet, it still is a preferred outdoor events venue until now.
