Dear Diary:

During the time when I submitted myself for ranking for the position of School Principal IV, I was with the incumbent School Principal III and School Principal II (who was a District In-Charge then). In that moment, I was feeling like I am backed up with bulk of documented accomplishments in addition to my eligible and potential responses in the behavioral interview and written examination with the Personnel Selection Board that time.
Astoundingly, I was amazed of the result that I landed the Rank 1 in the registry even if I was with the two other potential seekers of the post. Luckily, I had received the promotional advice and subsequent Appointment as School Principal IV in March, 2020 (Covid-19 period). Truly, it was a testament of how objective, fair, and quality the ranking process was, because of the fact that the appointment was really based on the result of the ranking, 🚩 (well, the purpose of the ranking was really used and justified👊👊👊) and not based on any discretionary exercises, endorsements, nor any other political considerations so to speak.
I am so grateful to the PSB and Appointing Authority that time, that even due to the pandemic, they still exercised lawful, sound, fair and objective decision. Thank you to all of you... especially to my interviewer that time no less than the CID Chief then Dr. Erlin. ❤️
