📌If with ONBOARD experience:
-Updated resume
-Photocopy of your Sea Service
-Actual Passport and Seaman's Book
-Accomplished Apollo Form (See attached here)
-Photocopy of your last/recent evaluation onboard
-Photocopy of the front page of your Seaman's Book and Passport

📌If DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONAL LANDBASED experience:
-Updated resume
-If still employed, pleases photocopy your ID
-Photocopy of your recent/last Certificate of Employment.
-Accomplished Apollo Form (See attached here)
-Photocopy of the front page of your Seaman's Book and/or -Passport (whichever is applicable and present)
