What happens when one spouse sees the opportunity while the other sees all the things that could go wrong? 😅

That’s part of what makes the story of Engr. Roy and Lesley Cisneros of JC Solar - Cebu so interesting.

They’re very different in how they approach business. Roy is more cautious and analytical. Lesley is more aggressive and opportunity-driven.

Yet somehow, that difference became part of their strength.

Their story also goes beyond solar. It’s about starting in the middle of a pandemic, testing the business on their own home, getting hit by Typhoon Odette, learning from setbacks, and turning unexpected problems into better business ideas.

There are plenty of practical lessons here for entrepreneurs, especially those building a business with their spouse.

Sometimes, you don't need a partner who thinks like you. You need one who sees what you don't.
