📢 OFFICIAL STATEMENT – RAN ONLINE PINAS
Dear RAN Online Pinas Players,
We would like to inform everyone that the hosting issue has already been resolved. Based on confirmation from our Network Operation Room (NOR) and hosting provider, the affected unit has been identified and is now under replacement to restore full service stability.
Regarding the recent in-game issue (for Strife Server) involving Parts and Weapons with high RV, our investigation confirmed that it was caused by a previous patch where Refine and Etch drop rates were unintentionally applied to entire maps instead of specific mobs, leading to abnormal item and RV drops.
After a full review of server logs, we confirmed that some players exploited the issue before it was corrected. Accounts proven to have directly abused the system have been permanently banned.
Players who obtained affected items through normal trading or transactions were reviewed individually and are not automatically considered abusers. Those who legitimately acquired items, including `CK and others, will be allowed to keep them to ensure fairness.
The following RV limits are now permanently available through their proper drop sources in the Strife PTZ Map:
🛡️ Armor: Up to +20 RV Max
⚔️ Weapons: Up to +10 RV Max
We would also like to address concerns and speculation regarding the incident. RAN Online Pinas has always maintained transparency within the game. Features such as character viewing allow players to inspect and verify the equipment and items being used by other characters. Because of this level of visibility, any unusual or unauthorized in-game activity involving items, equipment, or character progression can easily be noticed and reported by the community. It would be unreasonable for any member of the management team or staff to intentionally perform actions that could compromise the integrity of the server when such activities can be observed and verified by players themselves.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Improvements to patch validation and deployment processes are now being implemented to prevent similar issues in the future.

As we are aware that multiple servers have been respawned, we are temporarily waiving password requirements as a security measure. Please ensure that you use different passwords for your account across all servers you play.
