Your job is to help provide health care services to all employees and assist in the processing of both company-initiated and government-mandated health benefits.
A day in the life of a company nurse includes . . .
Providing basic health care services to all employees, as well as assessing employee health risks and promoting employee health and well-being
Assisting our company doctor during regular consultations and other related tasks
Dispensing medicine to employees and providing general first aid when needed
Maintaining a clean and comfortable sickbay area
Receiving employee call-ins and disseminating the information to the respective department leaderships
Validating the medical certificates of employees and issuing their fit-to-work slips
Assisting in the interpretation of pre-employment medical results
Assisting our medical insurance provider depending on our employees’ needs
Developing and implementing health and safety programs
Communicating with management on a regular basis
This job is perfect for you if you have . . .
A professional license in nursing (passed the professional license exam) or its equivalent
Exposure in benefits administration and processing
Excellent English communication skills, are able to multitask, and are highly trainable
The flexibility to work on shifting schedules and are able to start as soon as possible
