Mauee Our family's journey, as our little 3-year-old son has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL).

It's been quite a rollercoaster, and we're learning to take things one day at a time.

Neo was discharged last July 24, but we had to rush him back and get admitted again on July 28 because of LBM, constant stomach pain, and pain when peeing. After some tests, it turned out he has an infection again—most likely due to his last chemo. His platelet count also dropped.

We’ve already been admitted twice just this July. We were supposed to start a 5-day admission for his new treatment protocol, but we haven’t been able to begin yet because of the infection.

Please August be good to us 🙏🏼
We’re really hoping things get better. We just want Neo to fully recover so he can finally continue his chemo. We badly need to start the treatment to fight the leukemia in his brain and avoid more complications. Praying he gets better soon. 🙏🏼💪🏼🙇🏻‍♀️💯

Thank you once again to everyone behind us, continuously supporting Neo. May God bless you all abundantly 💗🙏🏼

2 consecutive days as outpatient — 2nd Intrathecal & 2nd L-aspa

Nahuman na unta mi around 3 PM yesterday, but heavy rain started pouring, making it hard for everyone to get a ride. Some tried booking through the app, but it crashed due to so many users. Ending we waited for 4 long hours just to get a successful booking around 7 PM.

Nagtantrum na ang bata tawn, kay kapoy biya after chemo and he just wanted to go home and rest. It was a long, exhausting day, but we’re still thankful we got home safely.

God sees everything nak, all the efforts & sacrifices 🙏🏼
Trust the process 💯

Neo had a follow-up checkup last July 9, and we received some news from his doctor.

He had been under maintenance treatment since last year—meaning he only needed chemotherapy every 28 days. Neo is such an active and cheerful kid; even after his chemo injections, he would often be up right away, walking around and playing with his hospital mates. We truly thought we were making progress.

But despite how strong and lively he seemed, the leukemia has now reached his brain. Because of this, Neo will need to restart induction treatment, bringing us back to square one. This means more frequent and intensive chemo sessions once again.

Next week, he’s scheduled for two intrathecal procedures (chemotherapy injected into the spinal fluid), and shortly after, our little warrior will need to be admitted to the hospital for 5 days to begin the first round of this new chemo protocol, aimed at preventing the leukemic cells from spreading further.

As a parent, I’ve never felt this vulnerable in my life. All I can do is be there with him every step of the way—holding his hand through each procedure, making sure he knows that I’ve got his back every single second. I will keep doing everything I can to support his chemotherapy and help him fight this painful battle.

I know God is with us—especially in moments when we feel most down and in need. He always brings light into our lives, reminding us that nothing is impossible and that we are never alone in this journey. Because we have our family, friends, and even people who barely know us—but still choose to help us willingly. That kind of love and kindness gives us the strength to keep going.

We humbly ask again for any help you can extend during this time—whether through prayers, sharing, or financial support. For those who wish to support Neo’s fight, please refer to the QR codes below.

Please continue to keep Neo in your thoughts and prayers as he bravely faces this more challenging phase of his journey. 💪🏼🙏🏼💗

We were finally discharged late yesterday afternoon.
Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for the unconditional love, support, and prayers you’ve given our son Neo. To our dear family and friends—thank you for standing by us through every step. Your messages, visits, and constant check-ins truly lifted our spirits. 💛

A special thank you as well to the amazing doctors, nurses, and hospital staff who cared for Neo with such compassion and did their very best to support his recovery. 🙏🏼💗

Today, Neo will return for a follow-up check-up and continue with tests to help determine the best treatment protocol for his chemotherapy.
We’re taking things one day at a time—and hopefully, you can continue to support Neo as he continues this journey toward healing. 💪🏼💗

On June 28, our little warrior Neo was rushed to the ER due to four episodes of watery stool and a rising fever. At first, the doctors were hopeful he could be discharged by 4 PM with home medications. But things took a sudden and frightening turn—his fever spiked to 38.9°C, and he began having a severe convulsion.

It was one of the scariest moments we've experienced. His seizure lasted over 35 minutes, much longer than the one he had back in January. During the episode, Neo's eyes shifted to the left, his heart rate became unstable, and his oxygen levels dropped. We were terrified and felt so helpless watching him go through it.

We stayed in the ER from late afternoon until well past midnight, trying everything to stabilize him. Eventually, he was moved to a hospital room, and we prayed for his strength and healing.

The next day, Neo slowly began to regain consciousness, but we noticed his vision seemed blurry and his grip was much weaker than usual. On June 30, the doctors performed an MRI to better understand what was happening.

The results showed changes in both sides of his brain—findings that the doctors believe point to leukemic involvement. This means his leukemia has reached his brain, and he now needs to begin a new, more aggressive treatment protocol. Instead of continuing with maintenance chemo, we’re now faced with stronger medications and a more intensive plan moving forward.

It breaks our hearts to see him go through this again, just when we thought we were making progress.

We’re still currently admitted at the hospital, and as you can imagine, the medical bills are rising quickly. We’ve reached out to government support, but they told us their budget is not yet available due to the recent change in administration.

This new protocol will require more hospital stays, additional tests, and stronger treatments—not just emotionally but also financially challenging for us. As much as it's difficult for us to ask, we are humbly reaching out for help.

If you're able to support Neo’s healing journey in any way—through donations, sharing this message, or simply keeping him in your prayers—it would mean the world to us. Every act of kindness brings us one step closer to getting him the care he needs.

Thank you for standing with us during this fight. We’re holding on to hope and to the love you continue to show our family. 💛🙏🏼
