I just made a hard but needed decision....

Leaving a full-time role is never easy, especially knowing how many people are still struggling to find one right now. That’s why this choice didn’t come lightly.

Before deciding, I had to ask myself some hard but honest questions:

👉 Does this still align with the direction I want to grow?
👉 Does this schedule still work for me and my family?
👉 Is the pay still worth the time, energy, and sacrifices I make every day?

The answers weren’t easy to face. But I realized that growth only happens when we create space for it. And sometimes, creating that space means letting go even when it’s hard, even when it feels uncertain.

This chapter gave me stability, valuable lessons, and incredible people I’ll always be grateful for.

But it’s also time to choose myself, to honor the season I’m in, and to step into new opportunities that align with the future I want to build.

Crossroads are never easy, but they’re part of growth. If you’re in that season too, know that it’s okay to choose yourself.

I’m closing this chapter with gratitude, and stepping into the next with hope. 😊
