People don't understand the damage they do to someone until the same thing is done to them.

Imagine holding a beautiful glass vase, delicate and intricate, shattering into countless pieces with a

careless push. Our words and actions can have a similarly devastating impact on others' lives, often

unseen and underestimated. It's easy to be indifferent when you're the one holding the vase,

unaware of the potential wreckage.

But when the roles reverse, and we find ourselves picking up the shards of our own shattered hearts,

a stark realization dawns. The betrayal that leaves you breathless, the neglect that makes you feel

invisible, the harsh words that echo long after they've been spoken—these experiences are

profound teachers. They force us to confront the true impact of our behavior. Empathy isn't just a

concept; it's a visceral understanding born from experiencing the very pain we've inflicted. Only

then do we grasp the importance of kindness, compassion, and the profound effects our actions have on others.
