Hello everyone!

In the implementation of the City Ordinance 2660 or the SOGIESC: on it's composition we are to elect the SOGIESC Pride Empowerment Council (SPEC).

1. All organization members are encourage to fill out the google form for data base purposes.

2. All organizations per barangay must submit the master list of their respective list of officers on or before Sept. 15, 2025 at CCADC Office.

3. NO RESOLUTION REQUIRED (Just make sure you have members registered under our data base)
* The City Ordinance 2660 and 2339 is to support Advocacy Based Organizations within Cebu City.

Details of the SPEC ELECTION.

When: September 17, 2025 (WEDS) 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Where: Cebu City hall, Social Hall 4th Floor.
