❓ Total Concealment of Purpose:
The tarpaulin lists a venue, date, and time, but completely hides WHAT the hearing is about. What is the "Asian PDC Development Center" proposing? Is it a commercial development, an environmental risk, a zoning change, or a local tax measure?

📜 Violation of the Local Government Code (R.A. 7160):
Philippine law mandates that a public notice must contain the clear gist or nature of the proposed measure. Hiding the subject matter deprives residents of their right to prepare, study, and intelligently participate.

🛑 Mockery of Due Process:
A public hearing is not a mere check-the-box bureaucratic ritual. By failing to inform the community of the agenda, our local officials are enabling a blind process that violates our right to administrative due process.

✊ Direct Demands to Barangay Poblacion Pardo Leadership

📢 Explain the Agenda Immediately:
The Barangay Council must issue an immediate, clear public statement detailing exactly what project or ordinance is being pushed by Asian PDC Development Center.

❌ Cancel or Postpone the August 15 Hearing:
We demand the postponement of this hearing. Any assembly conducted under a hidden agenda is legally infirm and can be declared null and void.

📝 Enforce Lawful Re-Posting:
Prohibit private developers or entities from using our public spaces for announcements unless they display a complete notice that respects the intelligence and rights of the Pardo community.
