We are currently experiencing a **full service outage in Valencia** due to a **fiber line accidentally dragged by a passing truck**, which caused a major fiber break.

🚧 **Our team is already on-site working on repairs**, but please be advised that **restoration may be delayed** due to current **weather conditions**, which pose additional safety risks for our personnel.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore services.

We experienced a temporary service disruption in Malabo, Cantiso, Badjang, Malaunay, Dungga, and Chosen's Café puhagan, utv Puhagan, dunga primary school ,alimukon, nasuji, upto aguila due to ongoing clearing operations, which affected our fiber infrastructure, resulting in Red LOS (Loss of Signal) status.
Our technical team immediately responded to the incident and carried out the necessary repairs.
We’re glad to report that services have now been fully restored.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patient

Cause: Clearing operations caused damage to fiber lines → Red LOS observed
