Mango & Gulaman Recipe

Ingredients:
1 kg riped mangoes
1 can evaporated milk
¾ can kremdensada
25 grams Black gulaman or white gulaman

Procedure:
How to cook sago, boil water add the sago and boil for 10 minutes.
Turn of the heat and cover for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes check the sago, if its cook rinse with water to remove excess starch.
If its not cook, boil for another 3 minutes and cover for 5 minutes.

How to cook gulaman, in a pot add gulaman powder and water. Stir to dissolve. Bring to a quick boil. Transfer to a wide container. Let it cool down to firm. Slice into cubes.

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix to combine. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight.
