Jagna, on Bohol's southern coast, is known for its bustling markets, active port, and rich history. Surrounded by natural beauty, Jagna is also both a historical and scenic destination in Bohol. Here are some of the few cool places I visited:
✅Calamay: Sometimes called “kalamay” is made from well-milled glutinous rice mixed with coconut milk and sugar. It is the signature delicacy and pasalubong from Bohol. One of the island's most iconic images, that brown spoke-shaved coconut shell with a red band 🥰
✅Bohol Bee Farm: Combining home-made and organic ingredients to cook up hearty meals, the restaurant creates an alternative dining style 🐝
✅St. Michael The Archangel Parish: Spanish-era church, featuring beautiful ceiling frescoes and Baroque architecture, offering a glimpse into the town's rich heritage amidst Bohol's stunning scenery ⛪
✅Can-uba Beach: A pebble beach with mostly white and gray stones. The beach is free because it's a public beach! 🏖️
