Sharing a bit of my weight loss journey with the help of Blush Medical's Diet Shot 💉✨

As someone with PCOS and 5 myomas, losing weight has always been such a struggle for me. Aside ana, I'm also insulin resistant, so my OB prescribed Metformin 3x a day to manage my risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. (Gina take nani nako before pako nag diet shot and yes, until now ga take gihapon ko.)

The Diet Shot has really been a big help in controlling my appetite and supporting my journey. Of course, this isn't a shortcut, I still pair it with regular exercise and lifestyle changes. 💪🏻 Hinay-hinay ra but I'm slowly gaining my confidence back. 🫶🏻

I'm not here to encourage anyone to follow me blindly, this is just my personal journey. If you're interested in trying it too, always make sure to:
✔️ Get clearance from your doctor
✔️ Have your lab results checked

Learned how to make different kinds of cakes today 🍰 and one thing's for sure, dili gyud lalim mahimong baker 🥲 I enrolled in this course not just because I own a small coffee shop, but also because of my love for pastries. Gusto gyud ko makasabot unsaon sila paghimo. And wow, making cakes is no joke. Kuti kaayo, grabe effort ug gugma ang kinahanglan para mulami ug mugwapa ang cake.

So to all the bakers out there, saludo ko ninyo! 🫡 And to those who love buying cakes, pls ayaw ninyo i-undervalue ang price, because it's not just about the ingredients, it's also the skills, time, heart and sweat poured into every order.

Super grateful for what I learned today. Thank You Lord for the experience! 🙏🏻
