𝗔 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗢𝗚𝗜𝗘𝗦𝗖 𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗟

For 25 years, we have been advocating for this bill,yet we remain entrenched in an outdated system where we continue to struggle for a right that should be guaranteed to us from birth. This prolonged delay has led to numerous consequences, including violence, mistreatment, and abuse directed at our fellow Filipinos simply for being who they are. Every delay to the bill serves as a protection to these injustices — a testament of inaction.

3 versions of the SOGIESC Bills have been filed in the 20th Congress and we call all legislators to PASS THE SOGIESC BILL NOW. These bills aim to impose penalties for discriminatory actions against individuals based on their Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression, and Sex Characteristics, thereby safeguarding not only the present generation but also future generations. This legislation aspires to foster a more inclusive and secure nation for all, upholding their constitutional and human rights.

Further delay to the passage of this bill is an injustice to the Filipino People. PASS THE EQUALITY BILL NOW!
