BEST DECISION EVER!
As a work from home + single mom who hates going out, for months I’ve been bed rotting.. my routine was to order food (dw, gulay2 din kami) work, laba, hugas, higda and repeat.

I’ve had this for almost a year but na tambak lang for 5 months coz too much excuses. I saw my friends in their active era, and na inspire ako.. I saw fb reels ng mga matatanda working out and looking good sa edad nila.

That when it hits na kalaban ko lang talaga ang sarili ko.

Sinabayan ko ng calorie deficit, although 1 month pa lang but I’m happy with the progress. Mas occupied na utak ko na hindi lng puro work ang iniisip. I’ve been cooking na rin, but nag papa-GrabMart pa rin HAHAHA coz same lng bayad ng DF and bayad sa e-bike.

Lost 3kg in 1 month without crashing my diet. I’m also glad I asked help sa online coach ko which is my friend lang din 🥹 (Glenn Abucay)

Anyway, slow progress is still a progress.
So happy for myself 🥰
