watching you fill the spaces i can’t

They won’t always need us this much. They won’t always follow us from room to room. They won’t always ask a hundred questions before bedtime.

So even on the tiring days, I’m choosing to slow down, answer one more “why,” and hold on a little longer. 🤍

Because one day, the house will be quieter… and I’ll wish for just one more moment like this.
