Found this cool place this week. A personal movie theater company. For 550 pesos ($9.25) you and a friend can use one of their several rooms to watch a movie (modern releases) Each additional person costs 50 pesos ($.84)
They have a dozen rooms. They have all types of snacks available. And they allow you to bring in food from outside as well.
This is a cool business considering that most Filipino homes don't have a TV in their home. Most viewing of videos is done on a phone.

Prices in the Philippines. The large water bottle costs me 10 pesos or about $.17 to get refilled at the purified water station at my condo.
The Filipino version of Tylenol costs me $.85 or 50 pesos for 10 tablets. Most pills are sold per pill instead of getting a bottle.

Got a good walk in tonight (over 13k steps). On the way home, I stopped at this place that always seems busy. The grilled chicken was very tasty and tender. I also had a nice side of rice. Cost was 154 pesos or $2.59

Great adventure walking on the Esplanado #1 & #2 paths this morning. Lots of beautiful flowers along the flat easy path. Cool breeze from the river. There are 2 more paths I hope to check out before I fly back to Cebu.
