- Providing basic health care services to all employees, as well as assessing employee health risks and promoting employee health and well-being
- Assisting our company doctor during regular consultations and other related tasks
- Dispensing medicine to employees and providing general first aid when needed
Maintaining a clean and comfortable sickbay area
- Receiving employee call-ins and disseminating the information to the respective department leaderships
- Validating the medical certificates of employees and issuing their fit-to-work slips

•Designs picture book covers
•Does the initial and revision layouts based on set formatting and technical specifications according to customer requirements
•Makes sound design decision based on standard operating procedure in design related work where potential layout issues may appear early in the process
•Produces quality work in the shortest turn-around time possible

Qualifications:
•Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop required
•Attentive to details, smart, highly trainable and a fast learner
•Experience in graphic designing preferred
•Willing to work in Cebu IT Park

• Communicates with authors via telephone, email, and/or letter on the status of the book production process.
• Answers author questions and address concerns, and educate authors on services scope and design/print standards
• Promotes customer satisfaction by taking consistent and positive proactive/reactive steps to attend to an author’s specific needs.

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be articulate and have the ability to break down complicated process steps into information the customer can easily understand.
• Must be detailed and possess strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have the ability to prioritize work to maximize output.
• Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Associate degree with relevant experience accepted for consideration.
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of BPO experience.

• Incorporates Illustration styles according to the requirements submitted by the customer
• Illustrations created should be in unity with the package & intricacy level requirement
• Performs revision whenever necessary
• Performs colorization to the illustrations
• Prepares low resolution PDFs for author review
• Meets the performance metrics required by the job
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned to him/her
• Creates and renders illustrations for customers' books.
• Should be adept at Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Must have the ability to draw and detail illustrations
• Must be creative and have a passion for drawing
• Able to work independently and within a self-directed team environment

Knowledge and Skills:
• With graphic and or artistic skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel and the like
• Keen eye for details
• A team player
• Above Average comprehension
• Average oral and written communication skills

Qualifications:

- A strong background in English grammar and English literature

- High-level computer skills (especially Word for Windows, Excel, Internet research)
- Self-discipline and good work ethics
