We will not hesitate to exercise our legal rights, including the filing of criminal cases against any participant who treats our community tour as a high-speed competition.

We maintain a strict ''Not a Race'' policy. We take the safety of our Loopers and the public seriously. Be advised that LoopPH reserves the right to file multiple criminal charges against any participant who uses this event for racing or unauthorized speed trials.
