Be ready to get closer and be thrilled this summer. On April 2024, CuiCui Productions, a film division of Gr. 11 - Bl. Andrew of Montereale, presents the story of a family suffering from poverty and abandonment, called "Closer", which is a film adaptation of "Ang Salingsing" by E.S. Godin. CuiCui Productions has taken the liberty to produce a modernized film version of "Ang Salingsing", following the story of a struggling family as they combat various issues surrounding them and how each one of them deals with the problems faced by them.
Through this film adaptation, let us remind ourselves that both societal and personal issues are present in our daily lives. Let us reflect on the matter of solving and dealing with problems that are present not only for us, but for our society as a whole.
