Subject : On the matter of the Recent Public Disturbance Involving Children in Conflict with the Law in Barangay Carbon.

The Peace and Order Council shall convene at 10:00AM for an emergency meeting together with the City Social Welfare and Development Office, and the officials of Barangay Carbon. This is to inquire and establish facts on the reported incident and come up with steps to urgently address it.
