**UNMATCHED JANUARY TOURNAMENT**

WE'RE SO BACK!

Bring your best fighters to this epic slugfest, this time with goodies from our friendly neighborhood printing service LootDrop Labs!

ENTRANCE: Php 500

MECHANICS:

Time: SUNDAY, January 12 2025, 5PM. Players are encouraged to register their lineups prior to tournament start.

Ban 3: Players bring 5 characters as their lineup. NO BANLIST.

Using a random method to determine who goes first (Player A):

- Player A will ban 1 character from Player B;
- Player B will ban 2 from Player A;
- Player A will ban 2 from Player B; and
- Player B will ban 1 from Player A

From the 2 remaining characters, Player A will pick their first character and starting location, then Player B. Maps will be assigned randomly.

Mulligan: Once per match, players are allowed to do a full mulligan of their opening hand, shuffling their hand into their deck and drawing a new hand of 5 cards.

Public knowledge: A player's remaining deck size, number of cards in hand, and discard pile are public knowledge, which may not be concealed from the other player.

Conquest: The player who wins a match switches to their other available character. A player who wins with 2 of their characters wins the round. In case of a potential mirror match, winner of previous match will be allowed to switch to a previously banned character to prevent such from occurring.

Rounds: 3-4 swiss rounds, depending on player attendance.

Round time: Rounds will be timed at 60 minutes each. Rounds which time out will be decided by who has more matches or deemed a draw.

Rules: All rules will reference the Unmatched Core Rulebook and Unmatched Special Rules documents.

It'll take thousand f**k ups to get that one thing perfect.

Today I wanted to reflect on my current project as i practice my medium.
It took a test subject to try out if a technique i wanted to try works or not, but I developed a appreciation to failing.

We spend our days trying to make "best" of it when it already is. These arent perfect minis but damn do I love them.
