As leader, one of your major responsibility is to unblock obstacles for your team. You will come to find that the obstacles are endless in a leadership role hence your team relies on you resolving them to ensure that they focus actually doing the work to make the team and yourself successful.

Majority of people underestimate how much effort it takes resolving issues and the skills required which includes , , and . All these are fundamental and of course the skill of is not to be taken for granted.

You need to listen and understand the issue your team is facing inorder to resolve the the challenge at hand.

To everyone who donated danggit, dried mangoes, chicharon, and otap, including our friends from Dundee’s Bakeshop, salamat kaayo sa pagpaambit sa kainit ug gugma sa mga Sugbuanon for those in Mindanao.

We are still accepting donations at Cebu City Hall for Mindanao, especially non-perishable food, water, tents, and hygiene kits.

Ug gidawat gihapon nato ang mga pagkaon nga sugbuanong pasalubong sama sa danggit, otap, chicharon, ug dried mangoes. May these small treats bring light and a few smiles. :)
