It was established in 2018 and was founded by Donald Villamero. Before founding the company, Donald worked as an editor for two of the world’s leading publishing houses—John Wiley & Sons and Pearson. DCO hopes to address two important issues: (1) the lack of high-quality books, and (2) the nonexistent publishing industry in Cebu City. Our VISION is that one day Cebu City will have a flourishing and sustainable publishing industry and will be a recognized global hub for all publishing services.
