The Mechanics:
>Promo period is from Feb. 1, 2013 to Nov. 30, 2013.
>All unit buyers who will pay the reservation Fee and succeeding monthly amortizations during the same period are immediately eligible to join the Nexus T&T Blast Buyer's Promo.
>Each buyer will be given raffle coupons upon payment of Reservation Fee. The number f coupons will correspond to the unit reserved, which are as follows:

>Raffle coupons must be filled up by buyer with name, complete address, contact number and signature. Filled up coupons will be dropped at the official drop box located at NREC office only.
