Usa kini ka lugar nga pampubliko nga gitukod ug gipanag-iya sa Lungsod sa Tabogon diin gipahimuslan na sa katawhan sa dugay ng panahon labi na sa panahon kung gamiton isip reception sa kaslunon, birthday ug uban pang mga kalihukan.

Kani nga building nalakip kini sa Municipal Tourism Development Plan during sa term ni Zigfred Duterte for renovation para sa usa ka "Tourism Rest-Inn Center" ug "Tabogon Sea Line Cruising Main Station"

The old Tabogon Municipal Hall serves as a landmark of culture.

Demolition is not an option for a heritage building like this rather than to preserve it and to be retrofitted. That building during Mayor Zigfred Duterte's term was included in the Tabogon Heritage Site inventory and was supposed to be converted to the Tourism Information Office and Tabogon Museum as soon as the PNP Detachment Office transferred to their new PNP building and when the retrofitting was done.
