Heavenly Father,
We come before You with humble hearts, asking for Your protection in this time of fear and uncertainty. Lord, Cebu and the surrounding areas have been shaken by a strong earthquake. We pray for the safety of every family, every child, every worker, and every community.

Cover us with Your mighty hand and shield us from harm. Give strength to those who are afraid, courage to those who are helping others, and wisdom to the authorities guiding relief and rescue.

Lord, calm the trembling of the earth and the hearts of Your people. Keep us safe from aftershocks, accidents, and further danger. We lift up to You the injured, the worried, and those who may have lost homes—may they find comfort and hope in Your presence.

We declare, Lord, that You are our refuge and fortress, our protector in times of trouble. May Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard our hearts and minds.

In Jesus name we pray,

Pagod ka sa trabaho, at gusto mo magpahinga… pero iba pala ang pahinga ng magulang. Imbes na unan at katahimikan, mga laruan at sigaw na ‘Papa/Mama, play with me!’ ang sasalubong. 🤦‍♂️

Nakakatawa pero nakaka-touch din—dahil kahit pagod tayo, nare-realize natin na ang pinaka-best na ‘pahinga’ ay ang bonding kasama ang mga anak. 🥹✨

Mga magulang, relate ba kayo sa ganitong ‘rest but not rest?😂❤️
