Budlot Spring is a refreshing hidden gem where cool spring water, natural rock formations, and lush greenery come together. 💦🍃

Away from the usual crowded tourist spots, this natural spring is perfect for a quick swim, relaxing with nature, and simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, breathe fresh air, and recharge from the noise and stress of everyday life.

📍 Location: Sitio Budlot, Brgy. Bala, Moalboal, Cebu 🇵🇭

🌥️ Highlight:
Cool, crystal-clear to milky-blue spring water surrounded by lush greenery and natural rock formations. The spring flows toward Taginis Falls, making it a refreshing hidden gem for swimming, relaxing, and nature photography. 💦🍃

🥾 Hike:
Short downhill walk from the roadside/parking area to the spring. Expect uneven and rocky sections, so wear proper footwear with good grip.

Environmental Fee: ₱25

🌄 Laagan Tip:

Bring your own food, water, and essentials since there are limited stores nearby. Wear comfortable footwear. Most importantly, keep the spring clean and respect the natural surroundings.

If you're looking for a peaceful escape with fresh mountain air and beautiful views, Mt. Kanlahing Peak is one spot worth adding to your Laagan list. 🍃☁️

Wake up early, enjoy the cool breeze, and if you're lucky, witness the magical sea of clouds covering the mountains below.

📍 Location: Brgy. Nug-as, Alcoy, Cebu
🌥️ Highlight: Sea of Clouds & sunrise
🥾 Hike: Short trek—around 10–15 minutes from the nearby viewing/parking area.

🏕️ Camping: Allowed at the summit; bring warm clothing because the ridge can become windy and cold.

💰 Fees

Environmental Fee: ₱20

Overnight Camping: ₱50

Day Use: ₱30 adult / ₱20 children

🌄 Laagan Tip
For the best chance of catching the sea of clouds, go early. Locals report that it can sometimes remain visible until around 8 AM, but the phenomenon is never guaranteed because it depends on weather and cloud formation.

📍 Location: Brgy. Compostela, Alegria, Cebu

⌚️Travel Time: Cebu City to Cancalanog Falls
(3 to 4.5 hours)
🛵 Parking Fee:
• Motorcycle: ₱20

🎟️ Entrance Fee:
• Adult: ₱50/person
• Kid: Children under 10 years old are typically free of charge.

🦺Life Vest Rental: ₱50 per vest

☀️ Best Time to Visit:
Early morning & weekdays — cooler, more peaceful, and generally less crowded.

⏱️ Opening Hours:
6:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily

💦 Laagan Tip:
The road going down can be steep and rough, so ride carefully. If you're not confident riding down, consider parking farther up and walking. The water can also be deceptively deep, so don't jump or swim unless you're confident about the conditions and your swimming ability. Bring cash, water, and your own essentials—and please take your trash with you.
