⛺ Sandra’s Garden

📌 Getting There
* Location: Sudlon II, Sitio Gabi, Transcentral Highway, Cebu City
* You can take either the Transcentral Highway via Lahug or pass through Manipis Road in Tabunok.
* However, please consider the road conditions on Manipis Road, it has very narrow sections, sharp blind curves, steep drops, occasional rough pavement, and possible landslides during rainy days. On the other hand, Transcentral Highway is wider, more established, and generally safer, especially for first-time visitors.
* There is a 20-meter stretch of rough road just before the garden gate, but it is easily passable, even for sedans.
💰 Car Camping Fees & Charges
* Adults: ₱450 per day
* Children below 9 years old: ₱200 per day
* Dogs (Any Breed): ₱150
* Tent Pitching: Free
* Car Parking: Free
* Pool Access: ₱200 (one-time payment)
* Horse Back Riding: ₱250 for 3 rounds
⛺ Campsite Setup & Condition
* Spacious and scenic, with landscaped gardens and wide grassy spaces that give off a countryside vibe.
* The ground is flat and grassy, making it easy to set up pegs. However, it becomes very soft and muddy when it rains.
* It gets very cold, especially at night.
🚗 Parking Situation
* There is space for several vehicles, though not a large number.
* You cannot park next to your tent, so you will need to carry your gear to the pitching area.
🐕 Pet policy
* Pets are allowed within the garden premises with additional fee.
* They must be on leash when roaming around the garden.
📶 Signal & Power
* Both Globe and Smart have no signal at all.
* They provide Wi-Fi and it’s quite strong, but most of the time it shows “No internet available.” Maybe we were just far from the router where we pitched our tent.
* There are multiple power outlets outside the pavilion and inside as well.
🌙 Quiet Hours
* No specific quiet hours are posted.
* It was very peaceful during our stay since we were the only campers there, and all you could hear were crickets.
🌬️ Weather During Our Stay
* It was very cold during our stay as it poured on the second day, we rarely used our fans because of it.
* The rain continued into the third day, and we ended up packing our gear while it was still wet.
🏊 Activities
* A swimming pool is available for an additional fee.
* Horseback riding is available.
Facilities
* 🚻 Toilets: 2 units. Very clean and smell fresh.
* 🚿 Showers (hot and cold): 2 bathrooms available.
* 🔌 Electricity: Available at no extra cost.
* 💧 Potable water: Not provided. Please bring your own.
* 🔥 Bonfire: Allowed, but you need to bring your own firewood.
* ⛺ Tents: No tent rentals available. Guests must bring their own.
🔒 Safety & Staff Support
* The place felt safe. The area where we pitched our tent had a white picket fence-style gate.
* They also have a stay-in caretaker you can approach for the Wi-Fi password and other needs.
* The owner even messaged us on Messenger to check how our first night went.
👍 What Stood Out
* The place is very breezy and gets really cold at night, so make sure to bring a jacket and wear pajamas.
* Super scenic, perfect for photoshoots. Definitely Instagram-worthy.
* The bathrooms are extremely clean, smell great, and have bidets. Showers even have hot and cold water.
* The mosquitoes are a different breed, bigger than usual 😂! They’re mostly active around dusk and quiet down after dark, so bring citronella or insect repellent.
* It’s still in the city, just about an hour’s drive away.
* The caretakers are friendly and very accommodating.
💡 Tips Before Booking
* Reservations are required, so message their page in advance.
* Check the weather before heading up, as it’s not recommended to go via TCH or the Manipis route during heavy rain due to landslide risk.
🌟 Final Verdict – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
* Worth the price and suitable for any occasion.
* We will definitely camp here again.
