OUTBOUND CALL CENTER SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Primary Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new product and /or services
Educates customers on product offerings and services to improve their “on-line presence”; explains pricing; answers questions from customers; building value in the customer relationship.
Summarize the contact and explain what will happen next
Obtain and access relevant customer information
Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases
Meet established weekly productivity goals: sales, lead conversion efficiency, records accuracy
