"Huwag Mong Isapubliko ang Iyong Buhay"

Ang inggit ay nagmumula lamang sa mga taong nakapasok sa iyong tahanan at nakita kung anong meron ka.

Walang makakakuha ng anumang bagay mula sa iyo maliban sa mga taong may alam sa detalye ng iyong buhay.

Walang makasisira sa iyong mga plano maliban sa mga pinagkatiwalaan mo ng iyong mga lihim. Ang iyong sikreto ay parang isang bilanggo—habang hindi mo ito sinasabi, ikaw ang may kontrol dito, pero kapag nabanggit mo na ito, ikaw na ang magiging bilanggo nito.

May mga tao na kunwari ay nagbibigay ng payo ngunit ang totoo, punong-puno ng inggit ang kanilang puso.

Walang maaaring magtaksil sa iyong pamilya maliban sa mga madalas mong pinapapasok sa iyong tahanan. Walang nakakaalam ng iyong kahinaan maliban sa mga taong naging malapit sa iyo.

Lahat ng tao ay mayroong iniingatan, kaya huwag mong asahan na may ibang magtatago ng iyong sikreto kung ikaw mismo ay hindi ito kayang itago.

Hindi ko sinasabing putulin mo ang iyong ugnayan sa iba—hindi kailanman. Ngunit kailangan mong magtakda ng hangganan at siguraduhing hindi ito malalampasan. Huwag mong isapubliko ang iyong buhay, sapagkat ang mga tao ay pabago-bago.

Ang minsang pinakamalapit sa iyong puso ay maaaring maging taong kinatatakutan mo balang araw—dahil naibigay mo sa kanila ang iyong tiwala, iyong mga lihim, iyong kahinaan, at maging ang iyong sarili.

Panatilihing pribado ang iyong mga sikreto. Protektahan mo ang iyong tahanan at huwag hayaang basta-basta makihalubilo ang sinuman sa iyong pamilya, gaano man sila kalapit sa iyo. Huwag mong ipagkalat ang tungkol sa iyong sambahayan. Huwag kang humingi ng payo kung alam mo naman ang direksyon ng iyong tagumpay.

Huwag hayaang ang saya ay maging dahilan upang ipakita mo ang lahat ng iyong pag-aari, at huwag hayaang ang lungkot ay itulak kang ibunyag ang lahat ng iyong nasa puso.

Pag-isipan muna bago magsalita, kontrolin ang sarili sa galit, pigilan ang labis na pagbibigay sa tuwa, at mag-ingat sa mga taong malapit sayo.

Kids can survive divorce.
But they can’t unsee your pain.

Children are more resilient than we give them credit for. They can adjust to two homes. They can adapt to shared custody. They can even thrive after divorce.

But what they can’t escape is the heaviness they feel when they watch you fall apart and never rise again.
They can’t forget the words you screamed in anger.
They can’t unhear the way you spoke about their other parent.
They can’t unsee the bitterness that consumed you when love turned into war.

Divorce itself does not break children.
What breaks them is being forced to carry the emotional weight of two adults who never learned how to lay their burdens down.

Your kids don’t need perfection.
They don’t even need both parents under the same roof.

What they need is peace.
They need to see you heal, not bleed on them.
They need to feel safe, not caught in the crossfire.
They need to know that even if the love between two parents ended, the love for them will never, ever run dry.

So if you’re walking through divorce, let your children see strength—not just the strength of moving on, but the strength of choosing peace over war, healing over hate, and love over bitterness.

Because one day, they’ll look back.
And when they do, let them remember not the divorce that split the home, but the resilience that built their heart.

Constantly trying to please others can be draining and might lead to losing yourself in the process. Hindi sa lahat ng oras tayo ang dapat na mag adjust sa bawat sitwasyon. Prioritizing your own needs, desires, and happiness is essential. Sarili naman natin ang unahin natin. Sarili naman natin ang pahalagahan.

It's okay to say no and set boundaries. You don't have to be everything to everyone. If you dont vibe, change the people, not your vibe.
It's drain your energy, aura and vibe. 💪😜

Iba talaga ang sarap mag-drive kapag sariling pinagsikapan. Kung anak lang siguro ako ng contractor, baka lupa na lang pinili ko hindi na kailangang mag-drive sa dagat. 😁🌊⛴️🚘

ABLE SEAMAN (AB) DUTIES 👷🫡🌊⛴️⚓

1. Deck Operations
Perform lookout duties during navigation. Stand watch on deck or at the helm (steering the ship).Assist in cargo operations (loading, unloading, lashing, and securing cargo).Assist in mooring and unmooring operations (handling ropes, wires, anchors).

2. Maintenance
Carry out routine deck maintenance: chipping, painting, greasing, and cleaning.
Maintain mooring equipment, lifeboats, and safety gear in good condition.
Assist in rigging and securing deck gear.

3. Safety Duties
Participate in emergency drills (fire, abandon ship, man overboard etc.).
Handle life-saving and firefighting equipment.Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and pollution at sea.

4. Navigation Support
Act as helmsman when required by the officer on watch.Perform lookout duties to report vessels, obstacles, and navigational hazards.Assist in bridge operations when needed.

5. General Assistance
Follow instructions from the Bosun, Chief Officer, and Deck Officers. Support cadets or OS (Ordinary Seamen) in training. Assist in securing the ship during rough weather.In short, an AB is the backbone of deck operations, ensuring safety, maintenance, and smooth sailing of the vessel.😎🌊⛴️⚓👷
