Just clocked out after another Bed Talk story and some good music.🥰 Makahinumdom gihapun ko how it never felt like work...because love kaayu nako akong ginabuhat. So, even if it meant walking padung eskina at 3AM kay walay masakyang motor, laban ra!💪
Being a radio DJ was a dream I got to live everyday. Life happened, and need nako syang biyaan, something until now I don't talk about often. Makamingaw, labi na if maghuna-huna ko sa mga listeners nga nahimong friends, sa mga connection nga na form with strangers, listeners...💞💖
Usahay gusto ko nga mobalik but these days, medyo busy pa.. My hands are full and so is my heart.💓
I am still here though, this is still me. This is still Miss Teri 🌱

P.S. cutie man nang kuya oiii, karun no more baby face.🤭

𝘽𝙡𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝙥𝙝𝙤𝙩𝙤, 𝙘𝙧𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙡-𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨. 💛

This was at Simala, before me nanguli and keni na mga moments ang usa sa pinaka ganahan nako balik-balikan. 💯💞
We were just happy, ga kinataw-anay, watching our family be themselves. (For context, amuang gipatapok ang mga lalaki sa family for picture-taking maong puro me baye nagbarog).😄
Some of us were behind the camera, some in front of it, and some (pareha nako) naa ras kilid enoying, taking it all in. 💖🥰 That's the real joy for me. It doesn't ask for attention, it just happens.💖

🍼 Can using gadgets affect my breastmilk? heheh ako ra ba nag wonder ane?🫠🤭

So here’s the thing🤭 chicka lang gud nako!
Nag scroll2x kos akong phone while nag breastfeed kang baby, then na worry lang ko kay usahay sad moduol kos akong pc or laptop… possible ba na ma-pasahan nako ug something bad si baby?👶

The answer? Nope. ✨💖
We are NOT “transferring” anything harmful gikan sa atong phone, laptop, or anything na naka plug sa kurente to our baby through breastmilk. 😮‍💨🤗

Our milk comes from our blood, dili sa atong hands. 😊 So unless nakuryente nata (simbako lang pud tawn nuh 😬), you and baby are totally safe.🙏

Sharing this para sa mga pareha nako na mama who’s wondered the same and sa mga naga overthink and medyo na pran1n9 na light. 🤭💕
