FIRST RIDE REVIEW ARISUN RS2 TIRES

Advertised as ‘donut’ profile but has similar profile to some semi-donut touring tires.
At 25psi front and 26psi rear, ride is somewhat harsh when compared to maxxis or pirelli rosso SC even though they have the same amount of sidewall and tread plies.
Center tread is somewhat made of harder compound with minimal amount of rubber(hence the harsher ride) commonly seen on touring tires. But sidewall rubber compound is on par with pirello rosso SC race tires.
My personal ranking when compared to popular more expensive tires on the market:

✅Cornering stability
1. Arisun
2. Rosso SC
3. Maxxis
(Less ‘donut’ profile, more stable. Cornering is not twitchy)
✅edge grip
1. Arisun
2. Rosso SC
3. Maxxis
(When used on highways. Track use with flatter tarmac may differ)
Will review again after high mileage use.
So far, for a sub 4,000 peso tire, sulit na kaayo 👍
