In celebration of Nutrition Month, GRCA held a Nutritional Seminar with our Resource Speaker, Mr. Saul Andrew B. Benabaye, a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian from UP-Diliman. The seminar emphasized the importance of raising awareness, educating youth on healthy habits, and the prevention of nutrition-related diseases. Key topics included the triple burden of malnutrition, balanced eating, and the importance of physical activity to guide students toward better health.

By equipping student leaders with the right knowledge, GRCA hopes to spark healthier choices not just in individuals but across the entire student body.

Rain or shine, the Greenian spirit stood strong! 💪💚
On Tuesday afternoon, the GRCA community gathered at the school chapel to celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel—a beautiful show of faith and unity despite the downpour.

The mass, led by Rev. Fr. Ryan Aban, MSP, highlighted the power of devotion and spiritual commitment. A special moment followed with the blessing and distribution of scapulars, symbolizing our trust in Our Lady’s guidance and protection. 🙏💐

After the celebration, free snacks were joyfully shared, fostering warmth, friendship, and Greenian fellowship. 🌦️🍪
