🌱 TREE PLANTING ACTIVITY | 07.12.25 🌳

The CNHS-DC-SHS YES-O Club with Code Green Philippines, and iPloy joined forces for a successful tree planting event in Garing, Consolacion, Cebu. Many trees were planted, boosting reforestation and improving the environment. This collaboration is a powerful example of what can be achieved through teamwork.

The project directly combats deforestation and enhances air and soil quality. It also provides crucial wildlife habitats. This initiative highlights the importance of youth involvement and public-private partnerships for environmental sustainability in Cebu.🌲🗾

Student participants showcased their cooking skills while promoting healthy, budget-friendly meals that support this year’s theme: “Food at Nutrition Security, Maging Priority!” From preparation to plating, each team displayed teamwork, creativity, and knowledge on nutritious ingredients. 🍽️✨

The Nutrition Month celebration at Consolacion National High School Day Class reached a meaningful milestone with the successful conduct of the NutriQuiz Bowl, a competitive academic event designed to promote awareness and knowledge on health and nutrition. Participating students from various grade levels showcased their wit and preparedness as they answered questions based on this year's Nutrition Month theme, current health trends, and essential nutrition facts.

The NutriQuiz Bowl not only encouraged academic competitiveness but also emphasized the value of maintaining a healthy lifestyle through informed choices.

POSTER & SLOGAN MAKING CONTESTS🎉 | 07.08.25

In celebration of Nutrition Month 2025, the students of CNHS-DC SHS showed off their creativity and commitment to a healthier nation with a vibrant Poster and Slogan Making Contest! 🎨🖌️✍️ The colorful posters and meaningful slogans powerfully expressed our dedication to food security, healthy lifestyles, and community action. This wasn't just a contest—it was a movement for a healthier community! 💪🍎🌾

We held the Poster Making Contest at 9:00 AM and the Slogan Making Contest at 1:00 PM. A HUGE thank you to all participants for your incredible enthusiasm, creative submissions, and hard work! Your dedication was truly inspiring! 💯👏

After the contests, all the amazing entries were displayed outside the STEM 11-Aquila classroom for judging. The judges are carefully reviewing each piece, assessing creativity, originality, and overall impact. We sincerely appreciate our judges' time and expertise! 🙏
