YOGA! Last week, the initial session was mediocre. I experienced discomfort and found it challenging to continue. But now that I have successfully completed the second session, I am likely to incorporate this into my physical fitness regimen following my run, bike, hike & trekking activities! I extend my gratitude to the esteemed gurus Jilie Ann Flores and Mingkat Geturbos whose influence inspired me to join. 🥰
