B**g Hwan Cho is a South Korean businessman and community leader known for his involvement in the Cebu Korean Association (CFA) in the Philippines. He has served as the president of the CFA, an organization representing the Korean community in Cebu. Under his leadership, the CFA has collaborated with local authorities, such as the Philippine National Police's Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), to enhance safety and address issues affecting Koreans in the region .
Additionally, B**g Hwan Cho is married to Cordova Vice Mayor Mary Therese Sitoy-Cho, indicating his active participation in both the Korean expatriate community and local governance in Cebu.
