🌾 BENTENG BIGAS IS HERE! 🌾

Today, May 1, 2025, Cebu officially launches the P20 per kilo rice program under the P20 Benteng Bigas Meron na! (PBBM). Affordable, quality rice will now be available for indigent families across the province, and starting tomorrow, across the country. 💰🍚

Agriculture Secretary Franscisco Tiu Laurel leads the launching and ceremonial selling of the 20-peso per kilo rice at Cebu Provincial Capitol. A memorandum of agreement will also be signed between the Cebu Provincial Government and Food Terminal Incorporated that will facilitate the supply of rice to the LGUs.
