Learn to accept that some things are out of your control. You don't have to force people to do something that you want them to do for you. You can't force them how they should behave or treat you. The only thing you can do is let them show who they really are. You just have to stay genuine and let them show how they would respond to you. Let them expose their true intentions and express what you really mean to them.

While it is true that communication is important, you must also know when to stop explaining how you want to be treated. Know that begging is not necessary.

Some people don't treat or love you well, not because

they don't understand but because they don't want to. No matter how many times you beg people to value you or how hard you convince yourself that they will change for you someday, it will never be possible unless they decide to. You can only tell them that you're hurt and you wish them to act right, but you can never force them to finally give you everything that you deserve.

Let them lose you if they do not value you. It might be easier said than done, but the least you can do for yourself is to stop holding on to people who do not choose you, do not love you properly, and do not value your presence in their lives.
