ROTC GRADUATION CEREMONY (S.Y. 2025 2026) CFCST MEC
Good day to our guests, parents, cadets, and all who make up ROTC Future Leaders!
Today, we celebrate not only graduation. We celebrate sweat, staying awake, and discipline.
Do you still remember your first day? Those who are not used to "Sir, Yes Sir!" The one who cares about drills. Those who want to give up on the trend. But you are here now. Standing. In uniform. There is a medal on the chest.
ROTC didn't just teach you how to march. He taught how to endure. How to follow before leading. How to put others before yourself.
Cadets, basic training is over. But now your real mission begins. Because the real "Reserve Officer" is not just in the camp. In the classroom, at home, in the community.
When you see the elderly having difficulty crossing - you are the one to help.
When there is a fire, flood, or disaster - you are the first to run.
When something is wrong around you - you will speak up.
That's what *Future Leaders* means. Not just a leader in name. Leader in action.
So to the parents: This is your child that you used to wake up to go in. Now, they will wake up for the people.
And to you graduates: Take off your beret when you go home, but don't take off your discipline. The respect. The courage.
*"Honor, Duty, Country"* - that's not the only motto. That's what you should carry with you for life.
