Allahu Akbar ๐
Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar! Allahu Albar!
I extend my warmest and heartfelt congratulations to all the candidates of the United Bangsamoro Justice Party (UBJP) in the just-concluded elections โ both those who have have just received their mandate from the people, and those who, though not elected offered themselves in sincere service to the Bangsamoro.
As Allah (SWT) reminds us in the Qurโan:
โYou do not will except as Allah wills. Verily, Allah is Ever All-Knowing, All-Wise.โ (Surah Al-Insan 76:30)
This is not just an electoral winโit is a declaration by the Bangsamoro people. They have chosen leaders who carry the weight of history, who stand not for personal ambition but for principle, justice, and the promise of Moral Governance.
As the Secretary-General of UBJP and the Chief Minister of BARMM, I am proud of what we have accomplished. Against the tide of traditional politics, intimidation, and deceit, we stood our ground and we prevailed. We have proven that politics can rise above fear, deception and dishonesty; that it can be rooted in service, principle and the strength of our collective struggle.
But this victory is only the beginning. The people expect not just better politics, but better governance. We must lead with courage, serve with humility, and uphold the values we have fought for without compromises, or excuses.
Ngayon, higit kailanman, kailangang itaas natin ang antas ng pamamahala. Let us win not just in elections, but in truly serving the Bangsamoro people.
This election has shown the growing maturity of our democracy and the enduring power of unity, discipline, and peaceful struggle.
Let this moment remind us that the future of the Bangsamoro is in our hands, a shared responsibility. Let us now move forward togetherโwith clean hearts and a shared resolve to build a Stronger Bangsamoro under the banner of Moral Governance.
Mabuhay ang UBJP! Mabuhay ang Bangsamoro!
