Statement on the Passing of Speaker Atty. Ali Pangalian M. Balindong

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu!

The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (M**F) Central Committee deeply mourns the passing of Atty. Ali Pangalian M. Balindong, the esteemed Speaker of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA) Parliament and extend its heartfelt condolences to his family, relatives and loveones.

Speaker Balindong’s lifetime of service and sacrifice for peace, justice, and self-determination will remain an enduring source of inspiration as we continue the struggle for the aspirations of our people. His wisdom, humility, and unwavering dedication to the Bangsamoro cause have left a profound legacy of service that will forever be remembered.

Throughout his career, Speaker Balindong served as a bridge between generations, carrying with him the lessons of history while guiding the Bangsamoro toward a future of hope, unity, and progress. His voice of reason and statesmanship helped strengthen our democratic institutions and gave direction to our collective pursuit of self-governance, and his passing is not only a great loss to the BTA Parliament but to the entire Bangsamoro struggle, which he supported with steadfast commitment and courage. His leadership will continue to inspire us to remain true to our principles, to protect the gains of the peace process, and to strive for genuine peace and development for our people.

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un. Indeed, to Allah we belong, and indeed, to Him we shall return. We pray that Allah (SWT) grant him Jannatul Firdaus and bless him with the eternal rewards of a servant who devoted his life to the Bangsamoro.

The M**F Central Committee stands in solidarity and prayer with everyone mourning this great loss, and we pledge to honor his memory by carrying forward the vision and principles he so passionately upheld.

Mga KaBangsamoro! Buong puso naming inihahandog sa inyo ang UBJP Party Agenda para sa nalalapit na Parliamentary Elections ngayong October 13, 2025.

Ang siyam(9) na Party Agenda ang magsisilbing matibay na gabay ng UBJP sa pagpapatakbo ng pamahalaang nakabatay sa prinsipyo ng Moral Governance. Sa pamamagitan nito, ang bawat polisiya, programa, at serbisyo ay nakasentro sa kapakanan ng mamamayang Bangsamoro. Ang siyam na agenda ay sumasalamin sa pangarap at prinsipyo ng UBJP para sa isang gobyernong makatarungan, tapat, at tunay na naglilingkod.

𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗠𝗨𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗢 𝗡𝗜 𝗔𝗟 𝗛𝗔𝗝 𝗠𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗗 𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗛𝗜𝗠

Muli nating balikan ang mga makasaysayang pagbabago at ang malawakang pag-unlad sa social sector ng Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao sa ilalim ng matatag at malasakit na pamumuno ng dating Interim Chief Minister, 𝗔𝗟 𝗛𝗔𝗝 𝗠𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗗 𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗛𝗜𝗠.

Alam mo ba? Sa loob ng halos anim na taon ng pamumuno, malaki ang ipinagbago ng kanyang liderato sa rehiyon. Isa sa pinakamalaking tagumpay ay ang malaking pagbaba ng antas ng kahirapan mula 55.9% noong 2018 at naging 29.8% na lang noong 2021. Isang patunay na may direksyon at tunay na malasakit ang liderato.

Hindi lamang ito numero, kitang-kita rin ang pagbabago sa buhay ng bawat pamilya sa rehiyon. Maraming Bangsamoro ang nakinabang mula sa mga Social Protection Programs na ipinatupad, at naitaguyod na mga healthcare services na tunay na nakatugon sa pangangailangan ng mga mamamayan.

Sa pamumuno ni 𝗔𝗟 𝗛𝗔𝗝 𝗠𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗗 𝗘𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗛𝗜𝗠, hindi lang pangako ang naibigay, kundi tunay na serbisyo at pag-asa para sa mas maunlad at mapayapang kinabukasan ng Bangsamoro.
