ProjectRoom Studio was started by a passionate session musician who plays in session bands and live gigs. He recently got interested with recording covers and started small session recordings. He spent time learning audio engineering and eventually invested to do full music productions. With his long years of music experience, and well-studied pursuit, Projectroom guarantees its clients that all projects will be carefully crafted, interpreted, and will be produced in excellence within clients’ preferences.
Despite being a home-based recording studio, Projectroom assures high-quality outputs which are highly competitive but for a lower cost. Its unintimidating environment provides clients a comfortable recording sessions.

SERVICES
Record, mix and master
1. Track by track recording in an hourly rate.
o Sequence (may vary depending on the client) Drums > Bass > Guitars / Keyboards / Synths > Vocals (Lead, BV, Harmonies)
2. Clients will be consulted with the initial sequencing and mixing of stem tracks before the mastering stage.
3. Mixing and mastering stage
o Pitch corrections
o Timing corrections
o Routing, Effects, EQ and Compressions
o Other processes to fulfill the mix
o Mastering to fit in the industry standard audio
4. Updating clients
o Up to maximum of 3 revisions will be sent via email depending on the clients’ preferences. Clients can also visit the studio to personally relay revisions.
5. Once client agrees on the final mix, final output can be sent in the following formats:
o wav
o mp3
Note:
Separate fees will apply if producer and guide will be needed. Additional fees may be also charged depending on the workload needed to fine-tune the tracks (e.g. pitch corrections, timing corrections, etc.), but rest assured that all stages will be closely coordinated with the client.
Payment Terms:
50% down payment of the total fee is required before the processing and 50% will be upon the render of the final mix.
MIX AND MASTER ONLY
1. Recorded stem tracks should be rendered and labeled properly before sending to sent [email protected]. Clients should confirm the BPM, sample rate and bitrate of the project upon sending the tracks.
2. Upon receipt and confirmation of the number tracks, clients will be consulted on the initial sequencing and specifications on their requests.
3. Updating clients
o Up to maximum of 3 revisions will be sent via email depending on the clients’ preferences. Clients can also visit the studio to personally relay revisions.
4. Once client agrees on the final mix, final output can be sent in the following formats:
o wav
o mp3
Note:
Additional fees may be also charged depending on the workload needed to fine-tune the tracks (e.g. pitch corrections, timing corrections, etc.), but rest assured that all stages will be closely coordinated with the client.

VOICE OVER
Video file for the voice over should be sent to [email protected] or be transferred via a safe flash drive.
Video would be played on the computer while doing the vocal recording and will be charged in an hourly rate.
Updating clients
Up to maximum of 3 revisions will be sent via email depending on the clients’ preferences. Clients can also visit the studio to personally relay revisions.
Once client agrees on the final recording track, final output can be sent in the following formats:

Note: 50% down payment of the total fee is required before the processing and 50% will be on the final mix.

Fees may vary depending on the workload needed which may include video directing, video editing and enhancements.

MIX AND MASTER ONLY
You can bring your tracks recorded from other studios and let us do the job on mastering them.
MUSIC PRODUCER
The studio also offers an end to end music producer that can help and guide you to arrange your music, oversee the artists / band during recordings, vocal and instruments arrangements from start of the recording/arrangements up to the release of the song.

Some important reminders:
· Since this is a home-based recording studio, recording sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled to make sure that the studio’s surroundings will be fitting, and no noise would be captured in recording.
· The Audio Engineer will make the best of his time to accommodate all clients amidst his work schedule. Rest assured that all schedule and time frame agreements will be handled professionally.
STUDIO POLICIES:
· Due to the space limitations, only maximum of 3 people are allowed inside the studio. We strongly encourage to schedule your artists/producers/band members during the recording sessions.
· Strictly no smoking.
· Parking spaces are usually available but depends on the park space available on the community/
· Only snacks are allowed inside the studio.
· No deadly and harmful equipment are allowed inside the studio.
· The area is monitored by a CCTV for security purposes
