hope this finds you well. I am writing to humbly request financial assistance for open heart surgery of my Son Adrian. The financial aid i am seeking will help to my son to fix his heart and will become happy heart soon.

Currently, i am facing challenging in life. He born with congenital Heart Disease –VSD (Butas sa Puso). Regular check up of Adrain is every 3 months and he had a Maintenance Medication of Lanoxin (2x a day), Furosemide (2x a day), and Enalapril once a day.

Fixing the heart of my son is needed as soon as possible to avoid complications and to save the oartic valve that will not be affected and will also not be damage. Now he is already 11 years old but still his heart did not fixed because we need the 900,000.00 total amount quotation need to prepare before surgery scheduled.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance your organization can provide. Any Amount you are able to contribute will make a significant difference in hospital bill and you are the one reason that my son will become happy heart as soon as possible.
