The RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) recently conducted the "Boses ng Bayan" performance survey, focusing on members of the House of Representatives from the Bicol Region. This independent and non-commissioned study reveals that Joey Salceda of Albay stands out with a remarkable performance score of 91.6%, earning him the position of the top-performing Representative in the region.

According to statistical analysis, Wowo Fortes of Sorsogon and Tsuyoshi Anthony Horibata of Camarines Sur, who received performance scores of 90.7% and 90.9%, respectively, closely match Salceda's performance. The survey emphasizes these representatives' competitiveness and outstanding achievements within their constituencies.

Marie Bernadette Escudero from Sorsogon, who scored 88.3%, along with Edcel Lagman from Albay with 87.5%, and Luis Raymund Villafuerte from Camarines Sur with 87.2%, share the second position in the rankings.

In the third rank, Gabriel Bordado Jr. from Camarines Sur earned an assessment score of 84.3%. Following closely, Olga Kho from Masbate and Miguel Luis Villafuerte from Camarines Sur are in the fourth rank with scores of 81.6% and 81.2%, respectively. Arnie Fuentebella of Camarines Sur and Rosemarie Panotes of Camarines Norte, with scores of 76.5% and 78.7%, respectively, are in fifth place.

In the subsequent positions, Rircardo Kho and Wilton Kho, both from Masbate, are ranked 6th with 74.3% and 73.8%. Fernando Cabredo of Albay ranks 7th with 71.6%. Josefina Tallado of Camarines Norte and Eulogio Rodriguez of Catanduanes scored 67.7%, tying them for eighth place.

Dr. Paul Martinez of the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) elucidated the specific survey parameters utilized to evaluate the performance of the members of the House of Representatives, as well as their respective constituents. According to Dr. Martinez, the assessment criteria were methodically framed around three key areas: district representation, legislative performance, and constituent service. These dimensions were carefully chosen to provide an accurate and comprehensive understanding of the representatives' effectiveness in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities.

The "Public Satisfaction Survey for the House of Representatives" for the Bicol Region is a part of the nationwide "Boses ng Bayan" survey that the RPMD carried out between June 25 and July 5, 2023. The survey spanned all districts in every region and involved 10,000 registered voters. The selection of respondents was randomized, with the number from each district being proportional to the official voter population data. Maintaining a 95% confidence level, the survey presents a sampling margin of error at ±1 percent.

Inanunsyo ni Congresswoman Josie Baning Tallado ang pagbibigay niya ng mga school bags sa mga day care pupils sa bayan ng Mercedes.

Ang pahayag ng kongresista ay ginawa kasabay ng kanyang pagbati makaraang isagawa ang Jollebee breakfast activity sa mga daycare pupils sa kaarawan ni Former Gov. Egay Tallado Hulyo 09, 2023.

Kabilang sa binangit ni Congresswoman Nay Josie B. Tallado ang mga barangay sa Isla ng Mercedes na kaparehong makakatangap ng mga school bags.

Layun ng programang ito ni Congresswoman Tallado na ihanda ang mga kabataan o day care pupils para sa unang hakbang ng kanilang kinabukasan.

Matatandaan noon panahon ni Governor Egay Tallado ay nagbibigay ng kahon kahon Jollebee burger at biskit si Congresswoman Tallado at tsenilas naman sa mga walang tsenilas bilang pagmamalasakit at pagmamahal sa mga tsekiting o kidos.

Pinangunahan ni Former Governor Egay A. Tallado kasama ang kanyang may bahay Congresswoman Josie B. Tallado ang breakfast with day care program sa lahat ng day cares pupils sa bayan ng Mercedes kasabay ng kanyang kaarawan Hulyo 09, 2023.
Ang feeding program ay ginanap sa Jimmy Pajarillo sports complex kung saan dinaluhan ng Team Gawa Board members sina Artemio Serdon Jr., Cocon Panotes, Gerry Quiñones, Atoy Moreno at Retired B/G Malon Tejada.

Gayundin ang suporta ng lgu Mercedes sa pangunguna ni Mayor Alex Pajarillo, Konsehal Totoy Abanto, Colen Ibasco, Noel Ong at Rj Salalima at mga kaguruan maging ang mga magulang ng daycare pupils.

Puno naman ng surpresang handog mula sa mga day care pupils ang kaarawan ng dating Gobernador para pasayahin ang maraming taong dumalo sa naturang aktibidad.

Sa birthday messages ni Former Governor A. Tallado ibinahagi niya ang mga programa naisakatuparan sa lalawigan ng Camarines Norte.
Paliwanag ng dating ama ng lalawigan sa kanyang liderato ay may tinatangap na ayuda ang mga day care worker sa pamahalaan panlalawigan ng kaunting insentibo subalit hindi sapat kung kayat sa pamamagitan ng ordinansa ay tatangap sana ng 3,000 pisos ang mga day care worker, Brgy Tanod, Barangay Nutritionist, pero hindi ito nilaansn ng pondo ng kasalukuyan administrasyon.

Inanunsyo din ni Former Governor Tallado sa pobliko ang pagbubukas ng Eye clinic sa layunin matugunan ang mga karamdaman sa mata at matulungan ang pamilyang mahihirap.

Pagkatapos ng feeding program sa bayan ng Mercedes ay nagtungo naman ang mag asawang Tallado sa SM city daet para ipagkaloob naman ang mga Wheelchair sa mga benepisaryo nito. Binati at pinasalamatan naman ng dating Gobernador ang mga nakatatanda na sumusuporta sa kanyang magagandang adhikain.

Sa pangatlong programa ay hinarap naman nito ang mga Punong Barangay sa buong Camarines Norte na nagpapakita ng buong suporta sa kanyang pagbabalik bilang Gobernador ng Camarines Norte.

TINGNAN I Tuloy tuloy ang pamamahagi ng Financial Educational Assistance ng Department of Social Welfare Development (DSWD) mula sa programa ni 2D Congresswoman Rose Marie Conejos Panotes. Ang ikalawang araw na pamamahagi ng asistensya ay pingangasiwaan ng DSWD katuwang ang mga kawani ng Second legislative District Office.

Dadaluhan naman ng Kongresista ang aktibidad kung saan nais nitong makausap ang lahat ng mga benipisaryo galing ibat ibang katayuan ng buhay.

Layunin kasi ni Cong. Rose Marie Conejos Panotes na tulungan ang mga kabataan na walang sapat na kabuhayan ang kanilang mga magulang.

Rose Marie Conejos Panotes sa pamamagitan ng programang Educational Assistance para sa mga mahihirap na pamilya na may pinapaaral sa kolehiyo . Ang programang ito ay pinasimulan ng kanyang mga magulang na kanyang pinagpatuloy sa layunin maraming makapagtapos ng pag aaral.

Aabot sa Isang libo siyam na Daan (1,900) estudyante ang makakatangap Ng Schoolarship program kung saan kspalit nito ang financial aspect na pinondohan ni Congresswoman Panotes.

Sa mensahe ni Cong. Rose Marie Conejos Panotes sa harap ng mga kabataan estudyante inilatag nito ang kanyang mga ginagawa bilang kongresista ng Segundo distrito at ang pangangailangan ng mga pondo na pakikinabangan ng mga mahihirap.
