Simple Clay Activity pero BIG WIN for us! 😍

Para sa mga Ausome parents,
parang common na sa karamihan sa mga anak natin ang ayaw humawak ng mga sticky na bagay.
Diring-diri si Carl sa clay.
It takes time bago niya nagawang hawakan eto.
Kasama yan sa mga activities niya sa therapy.
Ang masanay na humawak ng mga sticky objects.

Ngayon, na-appreciate ko na unti-unti yung mga small activities na itinuturo sa therapy.
Maraming simple tasks na in the long run, malaking tulong para sa everyday life niya. ❤️

Kung noon siguro, baka hindi niya gagawin ang activity na eto 😍😍😍
Kaya continue lang po sa nga interventions at therapies ❤️

Carl's Pottery Activity yesterday 😍❤️

Ipinagmalaki lang niya sakin kahapon na gumawa daw siya ng rainbow pottery by mixing all the different colored clays.

Now I see how beautiful his pottery is 😍😍😍

Memories 🥰

Back to therapy na po si Carl.
In-allow po namin siya bumalik sa OT and Speech provided na hatid-sundo siya ni daddy sa sched na ibinigay (commute is not an option).
With PPE's ang teachers niya.
He will wear face shield all the time or else he will wear face mask. Mas comfortable po siya sa shield at yun ang pinili niya.
No more group therapies, one on one only.
I trained him to use alcohol para linisin yung hands niya.
No touching sa face.

Nagtaka siya sa ❌ mark on the chair. Ang sabi ko bawal siya ma-upo doon. Kaya todo titig siya. Even yung markings sa sahig, nagulat din siya 😅 First time niya lumabas after ecq, gcq.

Hopefully maging okay ang ganitong set up.
Low risk area na kami kaya medyo panatag na, pero need parin maging careful. 🙂
